The DFT-320 features a high-performance, high-power, highly directional design with a lightweight, versatile, and exceptionally compact cabinet. It is equipped with two 8-inch (50mm voice coil) premium-quality neodymium bass drivers and a 3-inch (75mm voice coil) compression-driven tweeter. The compact cabinet design incorporates a perfectly engineered multi-purpose rigging system, making installation effortless and enhancing portability and ease of use during mobile applications.
The DFT-320's proprietary horn features smooth high-frequency response and precise directivity. Its horizontal 110° and vertical 10° coverage angles allow for seamless multi-unit cascading without any interference between individual speakers. A setup consisting of four DFT-320 speakers on one side paired with two HFT-18B speakers can easily meet the needs of most small to medium-sized venues, delivering rich, penetrating mid-to-high frequencies along with robust, full-bodied low-end performance.
Leveraging the manufacturer’s DFT-320 DSP presets ensures perfect phase and frequency response while effectively protecting the speakers. The DFT-320 is one of REALSOUND’s flagship mid-size line-array speaker systems, renowned for its outstanding performance and its scientifically designed, user-friendly rigging system—features that have earned high praise from users.
The DFT-320’s low-frequency section exclusively features high-efficiency neodymium magnet driver units, paired with an optimally tuned bass-reflex port design. Inside the cabinet, advanced techniques such as standing-wave elimination and resonance control are employed, while simultaneously minimizing weight without compromising essential rigidity. The bass-reflex port openings have been meticulously optimized to reduce port noise and compression, delivering impressive low-frequency extension and output capability.
