The MD-18B features a high-performance, high-power, lightweight, versatile, and highly compact cabinet design, delivering a premium-quality 18-inch (100mm voice coil) ultra-low bass speaker. The compact cabinet design ensures easy installation and convenient fixed mounting, while offering an immersive presence, exceptional clarity, and a well-balanced sound experience.
The MD-18B low-frequency driver features a high-efficiency ferrite unit, along with an optimally tuned, arc-shaped horn ventilation design. Internally, it incorporates a standing-wave elimination system and minimizes unwanted resonances, all while keeping the weight to a minimum yet maintaining maximum rigidity. Additionally, the bass-reflex port has been specially optimized to reduce port noise and compression. The result is an impressive extension into the low-frequency range and outstanding output capability.
