The HFT-420 features high performance, high power, and exceptional directivity, while maintaining a lightweight, versatile, and highly compact cabinet design. It is equipped with two 10-inch (65mm voice coil) premium-quality neodymium bass drivers and a 3-inch (75mm voice coil) compression driver for the high frequencies. The compact cabinet design incorporates a perfectly engineered multi-purpose rigging system, making installation effortless and enhancing portability and ease of use during mobile applications.
The HFT-420's proprietary horn delivers smooth high-frequency response and precise directivity. With a horizontal coverage angle of 70° to 110° and a vertical angle of 10°, it’s perfectly suited for multi-unit cascading applications without any interference between speakers. Additionally, the hanging angle between each speaker is adjustable, with a minimum adjustment setting of just 1°. A configuration consisting of four HFT-420 speakers on one side paired with two HFT-18B speakers can easily meet the needs of most medium-to-small-sized venues, offering and penetrating mid-to-high frequencies, as well as rich, powerful low-end performance.
Utilizing the HFT-420 DSP preset provided by the manufacturer ensures perfect phase and frequency response, while also effectively protecting the speakers. The HFT-420 is one of REALSOUND's flagship products in the mid-sized line array speaker series, renowned for its outstanding performance and scientifically designed, user-friendly rigging system that has earned high praise from customers.
