Date: December 16, 2011
Location: Shenzhen Bay Sports Center
Background: As a landmark, classic event in the Chinese music scene, the “Rolling Stone 30” concert in Shenzhen brought together more than 40 Chinese-language superstars, including Wang Huajian, Liu Ruoying, Wu Bai, and Mayday. The six-hour show drew 40,000 attendees, featured nearly 100 timeless hits, and evoked the cherished youthful memories of an entire generation. Our company undertook the full-scale professional audio system engineering and end-to-end technical support for this concert. Tailoring a customized sound reinforcement solution to the acoustical characteristics of the large Shenzhen Bay Sports Center and the diverse musical styles—ranging from rock to ballads—we managed equipment installation, meticulous system tuning, and round-the-clock on-site supervision. This approach effectively addressed key technical challenges such as uneven sound coverage in large venues, delivering high-fidelity audio quality and rock-solid performance that perfectly captured the nuanced texture of every classic melody. In doing so, we helped ensure the successful conclusion of this grand celebration of Chinese music, earning high praise from both the organizers and the audience.
